Deposit & cancellation
Is a deposit required?+
Yes — a flat refundable $200 hold per booking (not per ski) is placed at checkout, no matter how many WaveRunners you reserve. After your ride we deduct only the fuel you actually used — at standard gas-station prices, not marked-up marina rates — and refund the remaining balance.
What's your cancellation policy?+
Life happens — cancel free up to 48 hours before your ride for a full refund. Inside 48 hours we'll do our best to reschedule you.
What about weather?+
If conditions aren't safe to ride, we'll reschedule you or give you a full refund — your call. Safety always comes first.
